You will receive the confirmation in your registered email address. Please bring the printout to our KL Sentral ticket counter to redeem your free ticket* on the day of travel. Verification of identity will be required with proof of MyKad (Malaysians) or passport (non-Malaysians). To be fair to everyone, each registered person is entitled to only one ticket.

* Free tickets are for travel from KL Sentral to LCCT only.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR “KLIA TRANSIT TO LCCT” FREE TICKETS


GENERAL

This offer is open to air travellers above 18 years of age who are booked on a commercial flight departing from LCCT.
One hundred tickets are allocated per day .
Booking period is from 16 - 30 September 2009.
Travel period is from 01 October – 19 November 2009.
Tickets are for travel departing from KL Sentral only. Travel to or from other stations are not allowed and will be charged the full applicable fare.
Conditions of Carriage apply.


REGISTRATION

Each registered person is entitled to only one ticket.
By registering, you are agreeing to all stated terms & conditions, and to allow Express Rail Link Sdn Bhd to contact you with promotional information from time to time.
Malaysians must register using their MyKad Number. If you register with a Passport Number, you will not be allowed to redeem the ticket.
Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation message onscreen and in your email.
No changes to the name or date of travel allowed after registration.
Employees of Express Rail Link Sdn Bhd and its subsidiary companies, its associate companies, suppliers / vendors, contractors, advertising agencies, and immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to register.


REDEMPTION & USAGE

All tickets must be redeemed at the KLIA Transit Ticket Counter in KL Sentral.
A printout of the complete confirmation email and valid ID (MyKad for Malaysians and Passports for non-Malaysians) must be presented for verification.
Any inaccurate information given in the registration will void the redemption.
This ticket is non-transferable.
You can redeem your ticket only on the selected date of travel. Ticket is void for use on any other dates.
Tickets are for travel departing from KL Sentral only. Travel to or from other stations are not allowed and will be charged the full applicable fare.
Tickets have no monetary value and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash or any other items.
